  • Other notes:

    • Today, the Valle is still a place known for its peaceful agrarian countryside setting. A place where restaurant lights shut down by 10 and the routinely clear night sky full of stars takes over the scene. Having spent many nights looking up at these stars, Jorge decided to pay homage to the inspiration they have given them by names each of his wines after celestial events and figures. Yet another way these wines honor place.
