Other notes:
-
All wines are made from estate vineyards that are organically and sustainable cultivated.
-
All grapes are picked by hand and pressed in a basket press.
-
A number of the clippings for the white wine came from the prestigious Beaucastel vineyard in France's Chateaunuef du Pape region.
-
The intention is to fashion their wine in a style similar to that of Vieux Telegraphe in Chateuneuf du Pape. It is to this end that their vineyard is planted with the same percentages of plants of each grape variety as the La Crau vineyard from which the Brunier family crafts Telegraphe.
