  • Winery location: The winery and its estate vineyards are located in Valle de Guadalupe - mid valley, northwestern facing slope in the ejido of Francisco Zarco. 

  • Region and grape source: The winery and estate vineyards are located in the heart of Valle de Guadalupe approximately 9 miles from the Pacific. Grapes for all wines are estate sourced with the exception of those for Discreto Encanto, which are sourced from select sites in the valleys of Santo Tomas and San Vicente. Their estate has 17 acres under vine.

    • Valle de Guadalupe - estate vines - 1000 ft - (Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Chenin blanc)

  • Winemaker: Enologist Gustavo Gonzales (US born, Mexican heritage) 

  • Other notes:

    • The estate has practiced organic viticulture since 2012.

    • Head wine maker Gustavo Gonzales, was the head wine maker for Italy's famous Super Tuscan "Sassicaia"  during the early 2000 vintages.  

    • Their estate vineyard of Grenache is over 60 years old

    • Their "Pagano", (100% old vine Grenache) appears on the prestigious wine list of the French Laundry.
