  • Other notes:

    • A conceptual winery from inception, this is a winery where experiments are everywhere, all in the name of making wines that are more honest, more transparent, more respectful and more in harmony with whatever it is possible to be in harmony with. A place where biodynamic and organic are starting points on a pathway to better understanding of the whole system at play in the process of tending the soils and vines and making the wines.

Vines that receive the gentlest touch, minimal intervention and only biodynamic at that.

The winery is a quiet and blisfully peacfull abode, but good luck finding it... there are absolutly no signs indicating where it is - by design.

The list of the biodynamic perperations that are used to enliven the soil and bring balance to the life forces at play in the process of growth.

The jars that contain the various "preperations" specified by Rudolf Steiner in his lecture series that outlined the basis for biodynamics.
